Right for the Situation This probably not your average post in this area. Hope you enjoy reading it.... I'm looking for the right situation, but not for me....
So..... my boss asked me to help find a replacement before I leave (leaving the area to help with aging parents), and being the perfectionist, I wondered if we could find a replacement that is perfect for him. I don't know if this is the right place to post, but figured.... He's a busy professional in a small office who needs additional help in the office but really needs more than what he asked for. Of more importance is what you tell / show me in your response / cover letter as to why this situation is perfect for you. Be as open and as candid as possible and we will screen what goes to him initially. I have a lot to accomplish before I leave. Please don't waste my time if this wouldn't truly be a great situation for you. If on the other hand it really is a good fit... send me whatever details you think will convince me. I've been here long enough to know him almost as well as he knows himself -- better. By the way -- he's very personable, very funny when he relaxes (if you like a little dry humor), intensely focused on everything he does and very dedicated to others who are also loyal to him. Tell / show me about yourself and I will tell you what will get his attention. I know what he likes and doesn't and what gets his attention... if you know what I mean. I have put at least a little thought into this -- so please do the same. Be honest - mostly - I'll find out if you're not. --- So ladies... let's get creative and give him what he really needs... even if he didn't ask for it yet. -- Hope you're the one. By the way... I am in a rush, please don't leave me wondering if you're really interested.... I can tell you whatever you need about him -- if I think you're right for him. Let's have some fun here....
